Miami, FL April 23, 2007---  CelTrek, a subsidiary of Global Roaming, Inc., announced today that it has successfully completed a second round of private funding.  The international SIM card company will use the funds to further develop their technology and penetration of key markets.

CelTrek is the first U.S. company of its kind, offering one unique SIM card for 165 countries with a local U.S phone number at prices significantly lower than those of other major U.S. carriers.

The additional private funding comes after a successful February launch of its SIM to the business and leisure market. The increase of international travelers coupled with the continuing rise of roaming fees has created a grateful and growing audience for CelTrek’s economical and user-friendly cellular solution. 

By forming strategic alliances on over 350 GSM systems, embracing the latest features in SIM technology, and bundling that with a corporate management system, CelTrek has also positioned itself to be the business roaming solution.
